Sarah McGinley works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Sarah was the 2023 New York City Bar Association Diversity Fellow at Apple Bank, where she reviewed and analyzed multi-million-dollar asset-based loan credit agreements to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Passionate about pro bono service, Sarah has worked with refugees on asylum applications and also volunteered for the Rape Recovery Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
