Richard S. Li works with clients on preparing and prosecuting patent applications involving a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing and computer-related technologies. 

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Richard has experience in filing applications for new patents, petitions for additional patent term adjustment (PTA), and responses to office actions for a range of electronics and semiconductor products. 

While earning his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Richard worked as a research intern in the Electronic Systems Laboratory at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
