Misheel Boldbaatar works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Misheel has assisted in M&A due diligence, as well as pro bono projects with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice. 

While pursuing his J.D at Seton Hall Law, Misheel served as a research assistant to constitutional law professor Michael Coenen.

He is fluent in Mongolian.
