Michael Kleinman supports the Insurance Recovery Group’s litigators in insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability, directors & officers’ liability (D&O), reps and warranties (R&W), cyber, and product liability policies.

While pursuing his J.D., Michael served as a law clerk supporting underwriting for mid-market representations and warranties insurance: he evaluated potential risks in mergers and acquisitions and conducted due diligence to ensure accurate pricing for RWI policies. He also assisted litigators in a wide range of matters, including criminal defense and civil rights cases, as well as in negotiations with adjusters.
