Meera Patel works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Meera interned at the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center in Washington, D.C., where she drafted immigration petitions and asylum applications. 

Meera is fluent in Gujarati and conversant in Spanish, French, and Arabic.
