Lauren Yi works with startups and emerging companies throughout their entire life cycle, as well as venture investors in financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Lauren served as a judicial extern for Justice Elena J. Duarte with the California Court of Appeal for the Third Appellate District. While pursuing her J.D. at U.C. Davis School of Law, she served as a legal research and writing teaching assistant and clinic fellow with the Aoki Water Justice Law Clinic.

Prior to her legal career, Lauren worked in marketing for health and equity-focused clients. 

Lauren is fluent in Korean.
