Kevin Zadourian provides clients with his seasoned perspective gained from his years serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at multi-billion-dollar investment advisers, a leading global investment bank, and large private law firms. He has extensive experience in fund formation, structured finance and derivatives transactions, corporate governance documentation, the development and implementation of investment adviser compliance programs, and related regulatory matters.

Kevin has particular experience in fund formation and fund governance matters, fund trading documentation (including prime brokerage, bilateral and cleared derivatives, futures, bilateral and cleared repo transactions, and related agreements), and in instituting effective compliance programs (including leading firms through SEC and NFA regulatory examinations).
