Keith A. Carpenter works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing his J.D; Keith interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and in the legal department of Kroll, a global risk and financial advisory firm. He was also a summer associate at Lowenstein Sandler.

Prior to his legal career, Keith worked as an underwriter for an institutional insurance provider and in state government: in both the Corporations Division of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s Office and in the Office of a Massachusetts State Representative. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
