Katherine Devanney focuses her practice on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions.

Katie represents debtors, creditors, committees, and other parties in interest in complex transactions, helping them navigate challenges and accomplish their overall business goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Katie served as Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit, where she partnered with other state and federal agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, to protect consumers from deceptive and unfair business practices.
