Jason Karlinsky has over two decades of experience advising fund managers and institutional investors on formation structuring and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds.
Jason has developed and managed such structures as private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, venture funds, primary and secondary funds, and funds of funds based in the United States and across many foreign jurisdictions. He has also led numerous high value strategic transactions, such as joint ventures and spin-outs.
For 16 years, Jason served as in-house counsel and as Americas Co-Head of Product and Business Development at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he led the development and structuring of new private and public investment products, and managed employee investment and compensation programs, amongst other roles.
