Jacqueline Himelfarb works with startups and emerging growth companies, as well as venture funds and other investors, across a range of industries, including in the technology space.
In addition to counseling clients on early-stage investments and venture capital financings, she advises on mergers and acquisitions; fund formation, structuring, and operation; and corporate governance. She has assisted in several major acquisitions for clients in the life sciences and technology fields.
Having launched her own startup prior to her legal career, Jacqeline shares an entrepreneurial perspective with her startup and investor clients.
Jacqueline also has experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing.
