Colin J. Bigelow works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Colin also served as a research assistant on antitrust issues for F. D. G. Ribble Professor of Law Thomas B. Nachbar while he pursued his J.D.

Prior to his legal career, Colin was a data science project manager for Northrop Grumman, creating software products and working with stakeholders across the company’s legal, military, financial, and engineering departments.
