Andrew Bernstein works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing his J.D., Andrew interned at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Federal Hearings Unit. He also interned for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Division of Law, Employment Litigation Unit. He is a former Lowenstein summer associate.
