February 21, 2018 – National law firm Lowenstein Sandler selected counsel Matthew P. Hintz to represent the firm in the 2018 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program. Hintz will participate in the landmark program that was created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
Hintz is counsel in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (fka, The Tech Group) at Lowenstein, where he practices intellectual property law with a concentration in trademark and copyright counseling. He manages global trademark portfolios and assists clients with clearance, due diligence, application filings, prosecution, and enforcement. Hintz is a liaison to the National LGBT Bar Association, an American Bar Association (ABA) affiliate. Earlier in his career, he participated in the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law’s Young Lawyer Fellows program.
