Hintz, have been included in the 2026 edition of World Trademark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals (WTR 1000) in the top “Gold” category, This is the 15th consecutive year that the firm and the Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets & Advertising practice’s Chair Ignacio have been listed; this is Hintz’s eighth consecutive appearance. This year, WTR 1000 also has recognized Jenna-Marie Tracy in the “Bronze” category.

The directory praises Ignacio, stating that she “masterfully manages an array of trademark matters for clients across various industries globally. With a focus on strategic brand support, she adroitly guides rights holders through nuanced enforcement scenarios, particularly excelling in combating copycat infringers in China. Her extensive experience extends to negotiating agreements, representing patrons in corporate transactions, and fostering relationships with foreign counsel in over 100 countries.”

Noting her debut in the WTR 1000, the publication recognizes Tracy as “particularly adept at navigating online brand protection and IP-driven transactions, bringing scientific insight to complex due diligence in fast-moving M&A and financing deals.”

Individuals qualify for inclusion in the WTR 1000 upon receiving sufficient positive feedback from market sources with knowledge of their practice and the market in which they operate. The organization conducts face-to-face and telephone interviews and exchanges correspondence over a four-month period with hundreds of lawyers, attorneys, and their clients involved with trademarks; it also gathers written submissions from firms detailing their recent activity in the field. Firms qualify for a listing on the basis of their depth of expertise, market presence, and the level of work on which they are typically instructed. For more on WTR’s methodology, click here.
