McBride represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies and executives in investigations by the Department of Justice, HHS-OIG, and state attorneys general. Prior to joining the firm, he investigated and prosecuted a broad range of white collar criminal offenses while serving as Deputy Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit and as a member of the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, New Jersey.
