The Lawrenceville, N.J.-based kitchenware retailer filed for Chapter 11 protection on July 8, 2020, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, along with affiliate SLT Holdco, Inc. The company reports $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities. The Lowenstein team includes Jeffrey Cohen, Eric Chafetz, and Philip J. Gross.
