Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Williams Industrial Services Group, Inc., a holding company that owns a portfolio of businesses that provide a broad range of construction, maintenance and support services to infrastructure customers in the energy, power and industrial end markets. Williams Industrial Services Group filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company reports $50 to $100 million in both assets and liabilities.
