Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of MVK FarmCo LLC, dba Prima Wawona, the largest producer of stone fruit in North America. MVK FarmCo LLC dba Prima Wawona filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company reports $500 million to $1 billion in assets and $1 billion to $10 billion in liabilities.
