Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of IG Design Group Americas, Inc., a design, manufacturing, and distribution company of gift packaging, greeting cards, stationery, creative play products, and seasonal décor. IG Design Group Americas, Inc. and its domestic affiliates, including Lion Ribbon Texas Corp., each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The company reports between $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
