Lowenstein client growth-stage business software investor PeakSpan Capital led a $12 million Series A round in Arist, a unique platform that helps employers like EY, SAP, and Poynter Institute deliver on-demand learning through popular messaging tools.

Designed to reach employees on the platforms where they already spend more than 80% of their time, Arist's microlearning platform enables employers to deliver customized skills training courses on Slack or Microsoft Teams, as well as messaging tools like WhatsApp or SMS text. 

The deal team included Anthony O. Pergola, Mark P. Kesslen, Matthew R. VanderGoot, Paul M. Krueger, Brian A. Silikovitz, Carmen C. DeMatteis, Kristin V. Taylor, Oluwaseyi O. Amorin, Gwendolyn Holst, and Kelsey Repka.
