Lowenstein Sandler represented Credit Union Service Organization InvestiFi, an award-winning InvestTech platform enabling credit unions and community banks to offer digital investing directly within online banking, in its $20 million funding round led by Vibe Credit Union. The round marks the largest investment in a fintech company focused on supporting American Credit Unions and Banks with digital investing capabilities.

InvestiFi’s platform offers fractional investing in stocks and ETFs, guided investing, IRAs, cryptocurrency trading, and stablecoins. The company intends to scale its platform by expanding its product offerings and maximize adoptions with the end users of financial institutions, pulling account holders and deposits back from third party investment platforms.

The Lowenstein team included Ethan L. Silver, Alyssa Frederick, Chad M.P. Weeks, and Jonathan Gordon.
