Lowenstein Sandler represented FINTOP Capital as lead investor in Series Seed Preferred Financing for fintech startup Tuhk Inc. The round secured $6 million and included participation from Lloyds Banking Group and Capital One Ventures.

The funding will support Tuhk’s launch with major banks and merchants in the UK, US, and Canada. Tuhk intends to revolutionize payments by facilitating secure, real-time collaboration among merchants, banks, and service providers. The company’s platform transforms fragmented data into a cohesive intelligence network, designed to proactively neutralize fraud, maximize transaction approvals, reduce chargebacks, and streamline dispute resolution.
