NJBIZ has ranked Lowenstein Sandler’s Litigation Chair, former Attorney General of New Jersey Christopher Porrino, in the top 10 of the 2020 NJBIZ Law Power 50. Porrino is profiled in the publication’s annual roster of the 50 most influential members of the state’s legal profession.

The article notes Porrino’s return to Lowenstein after serving as the 60th Attorney General of New Jersey and Chief Counsel to former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R), as well as his recent representation of current Governor Phil Murphy (D). It quotes an “insider” saying, “Chris remains on everyone’s short list for those with civil, criminal and regulatory trouble–regardless of political affiliation. [He] seems to be in the middle of every sticky situation in NJ.”

Earlier this year, Porrino was named to NJBIZs Power 100 list, which encompasses all industries.
