Lowenstein Sandler will be sponsoring Seton Hall Law School’s Diversity in the Compliance Profession networking event.

This Diversity in Compliance event is dedicated to exploring the importance of relationships to the compliance professional, especially business partner relationships and those cultivated through mentoring and networking. The program will also focus on how such relationships can effectively promote diversity within an organization and within the compliance profession.

The most impactful compliance leaders are viewed by their colleagues as trusted partners and advisers. However, this level of inclusion does not occur automatically. It takes thoughtful effort to build relationships that create opportunities for compliance professionals to be influential and proactive within their organizations. During this program, a keynote speaker and panel will discuss practical strategies for developing strong and diverse business relationships. The discussion will also specifically explore the effectiveness of mentoring and networking in developing relationships, promoting diversity and charting a course for career advancement.
