This program is designed to streamline and simplify that process by providing an end-to-end guide to navigate a Chapter 11 case. In this program, Eric and Mike will highlight each of the key issues and action items that a trade creditor will typically need to be aware of and address during the Chapter 11 process, from the first day of the case through the post-confirmation stage of the case.
