This session will provide a chronological overview of the audit process, outline ways to streamline IRS information gathering, highlight strategic considerations for successful audit resolution and discuss ways to posture unagreed issues for favorable resolution in the administrative appeals process or in litigation. After completing this session, participants will be able to:
