Join (ISC)2 for an interview with Lowenstein partner Kathleen A. McGee as she takes a deep dive into the current and future state of U.S. cybersecurity breach laws and its impact on ransomware attacks. She will also discuss best practices on how to respond to a ransomware attack. 

Kathleen McGee has almost two decades of experience as a prosecutor and leading regulator, including as Bureau Chief of the New York Attorney General’s Bureau of Internet and Technology and has authored several state and local bills and laws, including New York State’s SHIELD Act on data security.

This interview will be conducted virtually at the (ISC)2 NJ Chapter meeting on June 24.
