Lowenstein Sandler represented venture capital firm FINTOP Capital in a $5 million Series A funding round for Goodshuffle, a software company focused on the event rental and production industry.

The Goodshuffle Pro vertical SaaS tool includes a single dashboard for rental and event production companies to track inventory, automate sales and streamline growth by being able to manage invoices, contracts, schedules and payments from one place.

The company plans to use the capital to hire additional people and build out the Goodshuffle Pro along with new features.

Since 2022, Lowenstein has represented FINTOP Capital as lead investor in the UK-Based Legal Transaction Platform Legatics; in a Series B Funding Round in the Automated Accounting Platform Gappify; and in the Series A Funding for Freight Science LLC, an AI platform for the trucking industry.

The Lowenstein deal team includes Matthew R. VanderGoot, Laura Cicirelli, Anthony O. Pergola, Mark P. Kesslen, Claire Dronzek, Ron Feingold, and Eric Sands.
