Ron Feingold focuses his practice on special financial instruments, cross-border transactions, and the technology sector.
His experience includes working in Tel Aviv as an intern for a leading Am Law 50 law firm, where he assisted high profile Israeli companies seeking to expand into U.S. jurisdictions; and interning in the Israel office of a U.K. law firm, supporting its corporate and dispute resolution teams. In addition, Ron was an International Law Clerk for the National Jewish Advocacy Center in Georgia; there he drafted reports for the United Nations on topics such as indigenous land access in the Middle East.
Prior to his legal career, Ron was a product manager for a digital health and wellness company that provides consumers with personalized health-related information and resources through newly developed technologies, including innovative voice biomarker analysis technologies and visualization tools.
A veteran of the Israel Defense Force where he served as a paratrooper for the 202nd Battalion, Ron is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
