Lowenstein Represents THC Beverage Company Uncle Arnie's in Preferred Funding Raise With Investments From Samuel Adams Founders

Lowenstein represented California-based cannabis-infused beverage brand, SS Beverages 1, Inc., d/b/a Uncle Arnie’s in raising a strategic investment from Harry Rubin and Lorenzo Lamadrid, founding partners of Boston Beer Company’s flagship brand Samuel Adams. Michael Carpenter, former CEO of Ally Financial ALLY and Citigroup’s C Global Corporate & Investment Bank, and VC investor Nick Carpenter participated in the round.

The company plans to utilize funds to expand into additional states and place itself on a path to achieve profitability in 2023.

The Lowenstein deal team included David J. Yovanoff, Revel Atkinson, and Anthony Santiago.
