Serita Williams-Harper oversees the recruitment, retention, and training of the firm’s business professionals. She manages orientation, training, and evaluation processes, as well as employee recognition programs; she also collaborates with the Benefits and Wellness team on benefit issues involving enrollments, terminations, invoicing, family leave, claims processing and worker’s compensation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and other legal requirements.

Serita is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has an extensive background in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, benefits and payroll, HR records management, and legal compliance for law firms and large corporations.  She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
