Mona creates and executes strategic initiatives to attract and retain a diverse network of legal talent for Lowenstein Sandler. She manages all entry-level recruiting initiatives for the firm, including on-campus and diversity recruiting as well as the summer programs at Lowenstein's offices.
Mona is also tasked with effectively developing recruits' professional, leadership, and business competency skills. She provides career guidance, structured training and development, and ongoing performance management throughout the course of each program she oversees. She organizes educational seminars and workshops, practice area luncheons with the firm's lawyers, and social events so new lawyers can forge close ties with colleagues throughout the Firm. In the course of her work, she emphasizes the open atmosphere and sense of community that characterize Lowenstein Sandler.
