With a practice focused on complex commercial litigation, Wayne Fang offers clients a well-rounded perspective gained from over 15 years of federal experience from clerking for former Chief Judge Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Wayne has extensive experience in such areas as multidistrict litigation (MDL), ANDA patent infringement, securities and shareholder derivative lawsuits, product liability, civil rights, and other constitutional matters in both civil and criminal contexts.

Wayne has worked on all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, case management, and filing dispositive motions—as well as facilitating settlement discussions. As a clerk, he managed multiple MDLs, including J&J Talcum Powder Mktg., Sales Practices & Prods. Liability Litig., Molnar v. Merck (In re Fosamax), In re Plavix Mktg., Sales Practices & Prods. Liab. Litig., In re Verizon Data Charges Litig., and In re Vonage Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation.

Prior to his work in chambers, Wayne practiced commercial and bankruptcy litigation at a private regional law firm, where he worked on matters involving insolvency, land use, real estate, franchise law, and complex commercial transactions.
