Thomas Mesevage is a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership and business managers, to whom he provides creative and business-informed legal counsel on issues involving environmental, health and safety, complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Having served for over a decade as in-house counsel, Tom has extensive experience with environmental cleanups and Superfund/hazardous waste litigation, worker safety/OSHA matters, legacy liability management, product regulatory compliance, reductions in force/plant restructuring, toxic tort and complex commercial litigation, real estate, M&A and transaction diligence, trade compliance, bankruptcy, and civil and criminal proceedings.

Prior roles include senior counsel to a leading, global producer of specialty chemicals focusing on the pharmaceutical and medical device, personal and consumer care, insect repellent, plastics, and coatings markets; and counsel to a Fortune 20 company engaged in the manufacture and sale of home appliances, professional and consumer lighting products, and industrial electrical switch gear.
