Stefanie represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in all aspects of secured commercial lending transactions.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, Stefanie was an associate in the Business Finance group at a midsize New York City law firm, where she represented lenders in secured commercial lending and acquisition financing transactions.
While pursuing her J.D. and M.B.A. at Fordham University, Stefanie worked for six years in the finance and strategy organizations of a major financial institution. She strategized and executed high-priority projects for which she created data-driven solutions to business issues, providing multiple resolutions and a viable plan of action. She spent time with teams in strategy, trusts and estates, employee benefits, technology, and corporate tax.
Stefanie is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. She is a member of the Steering Committee for Lincoln Center Young Patrons and a member of the Scholarship Finance Committee for the Columbus Citizens Foundation.
