Shloka Raghavan prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications involving a wide range of technologies, including smart devices, automotive technologies, machine learning architectures, and generative artificial intelligence (AI) systems.  

Shloka responds to USPTO office actions and conducts examiner interviews. She frequently performs patentability analyses and due diligence of intellectual property portfolios to assess patent coverage, patent infringement liability, and freedom-to-operate, as well as claim construction analysis and patent infringement and invalidity studies.

While pursuing her J.D., Shloka interned for both Justice Alan D Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Honorable Justice Aurora Martinez Jones of the 126th District Court in Austin, Texas.

Prior to her career in law, Shloka was a product engineer for Texas Instruments.
