Seulbee Lee represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, and asset-backed financing. She has worked with various financial institutions, as well as private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

Seulbee has nearly ten years of experience in M&A and other corporate matters, representing such clients as private equity firms, fintech companies, and sovereign wealth funds in public and private capital markets offerings, mergers and acquisitions, complex structured financing, portfolio-backed financing, fund investments, and regulatory filings.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, she practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Sidley Austin.

While pursuing her J.D. at Cornell Law School, Seulbee served as a corporate summer associate at one of the largest law firms in South Korea.
