Sabrina focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public companies and privately-owned businesses, in complex business transactions. Her transaction experience includes a wide assortment of deal structures, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, mergers, carve-outs, minority investments, and joint ventures.
