Rachel Beeman works on corporate matters involving capital markets and structuring finance, as well as transactions such as asset acquisitions and mergers.
While pursuing her J.D. Rachel was a student advocate in the Settlement Conference Practicum, assisting clients with mediation in employment discrimination matters in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; she also drafted mediation statements for negotiations between mediators, opposing counsel, and clients.
Rachel has also served as an Assistant to Constable Richard C. Genabith of Union County, New Jersey.
She is proficient in French.
