Michael’s practice focuses on representing policyholders in disputes against insurance companies in matters involving directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and commercial liability. He has experience in many areas of commercial litigation, including class action, employment, and patent litigation.
After law school, Michael clerked for the Hon. Joseph L. Yannotti, P.J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Michael served as a teaching associate in Rutgers Law School’s Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research Skills course. He also interned for the Hon. Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S.D.J., in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and with the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force.
