Matthew Goldberg focuses his practice on representing FinTech companies, financial services firms, digital asset platforms, trading market participants, and others in a variety of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. He regularly counsels clients on issues involving CFTC and SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and state law, with a focus on market structure, trading operations, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Matthew is also experienced in representing financial institutions and FinTech firms in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by government regulators.

Previously, he was a financial regulatory associate at an international law firm.
