Markiana Julceus ’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense matters. Her experience also includes bankruptcy and insurance recovery disputes, as well as transaction-related litigation.

Markiana returns to the firm following a two-year judicial clerkship with the Hon. Freda Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. 

Committed to pro bono work, Markiana has represented children seeking asylum and domestic violence victims in their final restraining order proceedings through the firm’s partnerships with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and Partners for Women and Justice.  

Markiana is fluent in Haitian Creole.
