Kaileigh represents hedge funds, private equity funds, and other pooled investment vehicles in all areas of operations, management, regulation, and compliance.
Kaileigh’s experience includes advising on fund and investment vehicle formation and the preparation of offering documents. She has guided clients through investment advisory registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission and provided legal counsel regarding compliance under relevant federal law and regulations, including the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Commodity Exchange Act.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Kaileigh worked as a corporate legal assistant supporting investment management projects involving financial regulation, private equity, and fund formation. She also managed her team’s system for tracking investor subscription and admission to private equity funds.
