Justin’s practice includes a variety of corporate matters. Most of his work involves the representation of private equity firms and strategic buyers in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Justin held a legal internship with the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law's Consumer Rights Field Clinic, where he represented and advised low-income clients on credit card debt, identity theft, debt collection, and other financial matters. He also interned with the Hon. Anna Culley, Supreme Court of New York, Queens County Civil Term, as well as with two law offices in New York state.
During law school, Justin competed on the Cardozo Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and served as president of the Cardozo International Law Society. He also worked as a research assistant to Professor Stewart E. Sterk, whom he helped in revising and updating the professor’s book, Trusts and Estates (Concepts and Insights).
