Joy Kemunto works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Joy served as a research assistant for Professor Chi Mgbako, Director of the Leitner International Human Rights Clinic at Fordham University School of Law. She also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey.

Joy is a native speaker of Swahili.
