Jennifer Bagger Jameson represents clients in complex commercial disputes, white collar criminal defense, appeals, and investigations.

She is a former clerk for the Hon. Paul B. Matey of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Hon. Paul G. Gardephe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

While pursuing her J.D., Jennifer was a student associate with U.C. Hastings Law’s Startup Legal Garage, a program combining classes with fieldwork for real-world technology startup clients. She advised early-stage technology companies on corporate contracts, trademarks, and capitalization.
