Jeffrey D. Larson focuses his practice on trademark and copyright law, advising national and international clients across a broad range of industries on brand protection strategies. Jeff provides practical, business-oriented guidance on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, licensing, and anti-counterfeiting matters.

Jeff has significant experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, advising on new product launches and rebranding initiatives, and developing enforcement strategies, including anti-counterfeiting efforts and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. He also counsels clients on marketing, sponsorship, and collaboration matters and works closely with foreign counsel to implement cohesive global trademark strategies.

Earlier in his career, he served as in-house brand counsel for General Electric, managing a diverse range of trademark portfolios, from GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace) to GE Healthcare and the famous GE house marks, and helping strengthen internal trademark processes and portfolio management systems. Learning about gas turbine engines powering the world’s aviation fleets on one day, to lightbulbs or the latest in medical imaging technologies on the next, ignited Jeff’s passion for seeking a deep understanding of the industry nuances and marketplace realities that can impact a trademark and brand protection strategy.
