Jae represents startups, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, and private equity firms that launch and finance new products and technologies across a broad range of industries. From formation to exit, Jae advises emerging technology companies in all stages of the startup life cycle. She also provides strategic counsel to founders and investors in connection with complex transactions and other corporate issues.
Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Shanghainese, and French, Jae finds her versatility, analytical skills, and familiarity with foreign cultures to be an asset to those she serves. Notably, she is experienced in Chinese business law matters. Having interned for a global law firm in China and as an officer of the Chinese Business Law Association, Jae has communicated with judges, officials, and law firm partners from both the United States and China.
