Harrison S. Platt works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Harrison has performed due diligence on sophisticated transactions, drafted entity formation and fund creation documents, and reviewed SEC filings prior to potential public deals.

He has also assisted the General Counsel of a Fortune 500 company in the review of construction contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreements valued in the millions of dollars.
